We have handled notable cases, like acting as legal counsel to the Special Administrator of FBME Bank Ltd (Cyprus Branch), and advising the Cyprus Depositors Protection Scheme. These matters involve challenging litigation originating from Cyprus' insolvency and resolution regulations. We have been significantly involved in legal actions regarding the implementation of the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD), the rights of depositors, as well as international insolvency recognition.
