Our firm has been involved in major cases, such as functioning as legal representatives to the Special Administrator of FBME Bank Ltd (Cyprus Branch), and offering guidance to the Cyprus Depositors Protection Authority. These cases involve complex litigation originating from Cyprus' insolvency and resolution regulations. We have been significantly involved in legal actions concerning the application of the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD), rights of bank depositors, as well as international insolvency recognition.
